Pula 2018 is a joint conference between the European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO) and the Croatian University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica/ Or Optometry Conference Central and South-Eastern Europe.
The conference will take place in Pula (in Park Plaza Histria) from 11 to 13 May 2018 and will bring together key stakeholders from over 30 countries to discuss and share the latest research, education and clinical practice in optometry, optics and dispensing, and vision science.
This will be the 10th Annual Conference of EAOO and it will proceed the main path that we started in 2009: Continuing building and enlarge the network of eye care professionals across Europe. The place where experts, practitioners, scientists and researchers gather to meet, share their work and challenges, and learn from each other’s experience. That is continuing to help shape optometry and optics in Europe.
The OCCSEE Project has great importance for further development of the profession of optics and optometry in the region of Central and South-Eastern Europe. Pula 2018 will continue with the good practice learned at the previous Conferences to strengthen further the cooperation of all the stakeholders from the profession of optometry in Croatia and Central and South-Eastern Europe region.
We are inviting you to participate in Pula 2018 and help with your involvement to build and strengthen Optometry and Optics in Europe.
